Rooted in adventure, inspired by homegrown ingredients.
Food has always been at the heart of my adventures. During six years as an Emirates air hostess, I visited over 60 countries and found the greatest joy in discovering local flavours and landscapes.
Later, I moved into restaurant marketing with brands like Jean-Georges and Amazónico, where I learned the beauty of plating and the detail behind every dish. But my real love has always been cooking and baking at home, dreaming of a farm-to-table retreat in Ireland.
I trained at Ballymaloe Cookery School and refined my patisserie skills at The Olde Glen, one of Donegal’s culinary treasures. Now, I’m bringing my own food experiences to life — through private dining, wild picnics, and hands-on cooking classes that celebrate Irish food, culture, and scenery.
